Sermons about Salvation and Contending for the Faith:
1) I want to look at the New Testament book of Jude with you! Jude makes some observations that could almost be considered fire and brimstone preaching. I want to focus on the holy church that he wrote to. I want to share with you that we have done some good things and some rotten things. However, Jesus is able to present us without fault because of his holiness. Jesus isn’t done with you so don’t you give up on you! Jesus certainly hasn’t! We are just in process getting ready for a wonderful, holy eternity with God!
2)Does God say He is going to do something, but not deliver?
If God says He is going to do something, God will follow through. We need to be patient for our God to follow through. He will. God is responsible. If He says it, then He will do it!
I want to look at the examples that Jude gives us regarding “Contending for the faith.” It may seem like God isn’t going to come through, that His actions that went along with His words got lost in the mail; but God will bring justice to the ungodly!
