"Get Me Out Of Here!" ... Exodus

I think the book of Exodus begins with a feeling of uneasiness. I think many children of Israel felt like God was “apparently” absent. “Exodus” means “exit,” so the title of our new sermon series on Exodus is: “Get Me Out Of Here!”

It is really like God had a plan from the beginning … and it was all happening. The Creator made a planet to have people on it. He wants the to want Him, so God befriended Abraham, who trusted God. Then God used Abraham’s family to become His priests to the whole world. You see, the Creator is the Savior! (Exodus 1:6-7; Genesis 1:27-28; Colossians 1:16-20)

The Pharoah, the King of Egypt, began a contest against God in the book of Exodus: Pharoah Vs. God! Spoiler alert! God can’t lose! Enjoy these sermons on the second book of the Bible!
